+ Who will be performing the work on my social media accounts?

A highly-qualified dedicated Content Specialist will be the one curating and creating content for your accounts. Our Content Specialists are just that – specialists in social media content. They spend hours scouring the web, searching for relevant content to share on your accounts. Their goal is to engage with your audience the way you would if you had the time.

All of our Content Specialists are locally based here in the USA (we never outsource your work to other countries).

+ How will you know what to post for my company?

Once we receive your order, the Content Specialist assigned to your account will research your industry, competitors, and target audience.

By the time the first post hits Facebook, G+, and Twitter (or any other platform), your Content Specialist will know just what your audience is looking for.

+ What kind of results can I expect from using your service?

Great question! Without results, any amount is too much. The benefits of the Basic Social plan are threefold:

  1. A consistent social media presence. When someone clicks on the Facebook icon on your site (you do have one, right?), you want them to see an active presence, and you want them to see that the quality of your content is high and demonstrates your expertise (see #2 below). We don’t just post “Happy Friday” and a picture of a cat. We pride ourselves on finding quality content that is unique, interesting and encourages engagement.
  2. Building expertise. Because we research your industry and target audience very well from the beginning, and because we encourage your feedback on an ongoing basis, the content we post on your behalf helps to demonstrate your expertise in your field.
  3. SEO. Google and other search engines are interested in your social media presence. Search engines want to return relevant, legitimate links when someone searches for a term, and having a consistent presence on social media is one indicator that your website (and your business) are legitimate.

+ Can I still post on my own profiles?

Of course! They belong to you, and you can be involved as much or as little as you’d like.

+ What if I have specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?

Just send them over to support@spacetwin.com. Our support team will make sure your requests are handled just right. You can email specific instructions anytime, and we'll get them implemented right away (1-2 business days, usually faster).

+ What’s the catch?

There is absolutely no catch – no hidden fees, no contract, no price increases, no “cheap for the first 3 months and then twice as much for the next 2 years.” (We’re not the cable company!)

You only pay for the plan you choose that’s outlined in detail here on the site. You get everything listed in the plan plus top-notch customer service that will blow your socks off.

We also have extra posting options and services you can add on to the plan if or when you are ready grow more, but it’s up to you.

+ What if I need something more robust than your basic plan?

We have affordable Social Boosters that you can add to any plan to Super-Charge your online presence at any time. If you need more of an enterprise solution, get in touch with us, and we’ll be glad to discuss your needs.

We’ve had years of experience as a full service agency prior to launching these dedicated social media plans. Therefore, we can make sure you’re taken care of, whatever you’re goals are.

+ Do I have to sign a contract?

Never! We have a short agreement for you to sign online, but it’s not a contract to purchase services for any specific length of time. It just spells out the terms of our service and lays out our obligations (do the work promised) and your obligations (pay for the work we do). You can cancel anytime you’d like. We just ask for 30 days notice to stop work on your account.

+ We don’t currently have a Twitter page. Can you post to Instagram or Pinterest instead?

We are able to post to both Instagram and Pinterest, however because these platforms are so different from the others, we aren’t able to substitute networks. Our core plans include Facebook, Google+, and Twitter, and you can add other networks like Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Instagram for an additional charge.

+ I am not located in the United States. Can you provide service to me if I’m in another country?

Absolutely! We serve clients all over the world. For now, we only post in English, but we are able to differentiate US vs UK styles of English. Just be sure to make that request when you complete your profile questionnaire.

+ I was quoted $1300 a month by another firm for services almost exactly the same as in your plan. What gives? How do you do it?

We know – it’s crazy what’s being charged out there. Here’s the thing: our plan is designed for busy entrepreneurs and small business owners. These are not the folks who fall into the target market of most marketing firms. Most of the other guys would rather deal with the “big fish”.

Although we have other areas of our agency that serve multi-billion dollar companies, we saw a huge need for our skills in the small business space and wanted to find a way to make part of our expertise available them as well.

After much testing and research, we created something that is both helpful and affordable. In this case, we rely on volume rather than large margins. To make this section of our business work, we need a lot of clients, and we need them to stick with us. That’s why we take such great care of them!

+ How will your team have the required local knowledge that shapes the competitive landscape where I live?

When you sign up for a plan, your Content Specialist spends a considerable amount of time researching your industry and target market. If you’re trying to reach a local audience – wherever they may be – your local area is part of that research. You are also welcome to provide any information you’d like that you think will be helpful or that you prefer us to focus on in our research.

+ Do you offer this service in any languages other than English?

At this time, we only provide service in English. If you would like service in another language, please let us know. We will consider expanding services into other languages if the demand is great enough.

+ My audience is primarily Australian. Can you tailor my posts so that they have the correct Australian spelling of words?

We have many clients in the UK, Australia, Asia, and South Africa, and we are able to differentiate US vs UK styles of English (colour vs color; realise vs realize; etc.). Just be sure to make that request when you complete your profile questionnaire.

+ My audience is primarily British. Can you tailor my posts so that they have the correct British spelling of words?

+ Will this service increase my sales? Will I see direct traffic to my website?

The basic service we offer has specific benefits to any small business – primarily, a consistent presence, credibility, and some SEO benefits. In addition to the benefits we demonstrate for every client, some clients will experience a direct correlation between the work we do and sales of their products and services and website traffic. This is more common with a larger budget when a paid monthly advertising campaign is added onto a plan. We do link to your website through some posts, and the other benefits we’ve listed can organically increase your traffic as well.

+ How do I get you the information to manage my accounts?

After signing up, you’ll be provided with instructions for giving us access to your social media profiles so we can get to work!

+ Can you help me make a marketing or sales strategy for my business?

+ How long have you been in business?

+ Do you offer a free trial?

We do not offer any free plans or trial periods for any of our Social Media Services at this time.

+ I’m very particular about what is posted to my social media accounts. What if I don’t like what you post?

We love to get feedback from clients – good or bad. It’s what helps us continually improve. If you see a post you don’t like, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it. We encourage you to keep an eye on our posting, especially during the first week, to make sure we’re representing you the way you want.

+ What if I have questions or want to provide feedback on what is being posted to my account?

We love feedback, and our support team is here to make sure we’re hitting the mark with your social media content and answer any other questions you may have. You can email us at support@spacetwin.com anytime, and we’ll make sure you are taken care of.

+ Can my social media posts be published at appropriate times to my time zone?

Yes, we always post based on the client’s time zone. Your posts will go live during business hours where you are located.

+ Do you have experience working with someone from my specific industry?

We have experience working with clients from nearly 200 industries, all over the world. If we haven’t worked with your industry yet, we’re confident we can do as great a job for you as for all the other industries we’ve served.

Our confidence in this area comes from the process we have for bringing on a new client. For every client, our Content Specialists perform research before posting any content. So, we know who your target market is and what they are interested in.

+ I don’t have any social media profiles or pages set up yet. Can you set them up for me? Is there an additional charge for that?

We’ll be happy to create your profiles and/or pages for $49 each. BONUS: If you buy any of our packages that involve posting for you on twitter, we can setup a twitter profile for you for free but all others are an additional setup fee.

+ Will this service help me increase my Facebook page likes, Twitter followers, etc.?

Because we are posting high-quality, interesting content to your profiles, you can expect to see some organic growth in followers, likes, etc. This is not the focus of our most Basic Plan, but it is often one of the benefits. If you would like to actively grow your Facebook likes and/or Twitter followers, we do offer a Facebook & Twitter Follow Booster that would help you do this. Contact us for more details.

+ Will you use images that are specific to my products and services, or will you use generic or stock images that relate to my target market?

Depending on the content of the social media post, we will use a variety of images, including images from your products/website, stock photos, and/or images embedded in articles we are posting about.

+ My business is in a very niched/off-beat industry. How relevant will your content be to my business?

Sorry, we do not offer any discounts as our services are already too valuable. The good news is that once you lock in at a price point, you get to keep that deal forever. If we ever increase our prices in the future, that won't ever change your price. Your price always stays the same.
